Love this place. I go almost once a week and it is always clean, tidy and toys are well kept (not old, dirty and stuff that doesn't change). The manager Kimmy, is one of the most kindest workers i have come across. She plays with the children and goes above and beyond what they all regularly do.Definately recommend this place for parties or regular play.

Thank you, Jinny, for all your help with the back-and-forth emails to make my daughter's fifth birthday party perfect. I sent so many emails that I was probably annoying, but you patiently continued to reply so quickly every time without fail. All your hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed. The party was absolutely perfect. The staff helping with everything I needed was amazing. The room was set up, clean, and ready, decorated for the party. The party food was absolutely incredible; people were talking about it for days later. Down to the face painter provided by them, Duba (thank you), who was such an incredible artist when it came to her designs and overall performance, and dressed for the occasion.Everyone says i put together an amazing party it was you guys that made this happen and all the add ons you provide in a party package is just AMAZING. Thank you

This was a lovely place to photograph a 5th birthday party. The kids seemed to have a great time and their food was delicious and there was enough room for adults to have a place to hang but look after their children as well. Food was nice.

We exclusively hired the venue for my daughters birthday and were blown away with our experience! Jinny & Anuj were a pleasure to deal with- quick and effective communication when needed, offered a lot of support connecting us to other vendors to enhance the party such as balloon design and face painting, and overall were lovely and considerate. All our guests were raving about how delicious the food was! So much food and such good quality. We are beyond grateful and impressed with our experience and will definitely use them again for future celebrations!

Probably the best kids cafe in western suburbs. Clean, tidy and has decent food options. Drinks menu is robust and everything tastes great. Kids always have fun and the place rarely gets super overloaded with people. Ample space for a lot of kids to play and it’s in the mall so easy to plan for shopping on the same day. Definitely recommend checking it out! ☺️

We absolutely love Chou Chou Bebe in Blacktown! The space is always spotless, which is such a relief as a parent. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, making every visit enjoyable for both the kids and us. What sets this place apart is how well it caters to babies under 1, as well as older kids. When our daughter was 6 months old, we struggled to find a play centre that had facilities for her age group since most play centres only cater to older children. Chou Chou Bebe was such a gem to find! Now, our daughter has just turned one, and we’ve been coming here every Sunday for months. It’s the perfect place to let the kids play, have fun, and burn off energy.Another huge bonus is that the café is halal, which is fantastic and makes it so much easier for families like ours to enjoy the food options. That being said, there could be more food choices available, and it would be great if the drink vouchers they provide could also be used for food or multiple smaller items under the voucher value.Overall, it’s a clean, safe, and family-friendly play centre that we highly recommend to other families!

A bit money hungry I say. It’s quite expensive as they charge for the kids and adult to watch. $18 per child on weekday and $5.50 for adult - which it goes to 1 beverage. But get this, not every drink is $5.50 so therefore you have to pay extra to cover that gap. The staff lady is quite blunt with every transaction from the front through to the beverage and food.Don’t forget socks for everyone. Or else you have to buy. As adult sitting and watching, shoes are not allowed. Only socks. But the venue itself is great for little kids. There is a jumping castle with ball pit. There are mini trampolines. And then a climbing gym. And also a baby area with gate play area. There are tables for the parents.I must say. It is way cleaner then flipout. So guess they need to pay expensive rent at west point and keep up the amenities.Oh don’t think about working here with your laptop. They blast Disney music really loud. So therefore don’t have any teams meetings or zoom meetings lol.

I visited Kids Cafe and ordered a pizza for $15. Honestly, the portion was extremely small for the price. While the taste was okay, the size was disappointing and didn’t feel worth the cost at all. I hope they consider increasing the portion size or adjusting the price to match the value in the future

It's a go to place for my toddler to get a bit of fun in an indoor play area. The place is convenient if you're around Blacktown and want to also get shopping done.Just a bit disappointed during our visit last Mothers Day 2025 (May 11) when there's a lot of kids playing but the background music playing were party/secular music about getting drunk, or about money, and everything else inappropriate for kids. You could've played appropriate music for kids.

Compared to the other chouchou bebe’s I’ve been to. I’ve found this one to be really small annd charge the same price: And I think it’s ridiculous that you can’t bring outside food because you’re already paying for entry inside. I’ve been to 2 other chouchou bebe’s Merrylands & Fairfield and they’ve never had an issue with this. And not a fan of using the machine to order drinks instead of being served by a person. Won’t be coming back here again. Coffee is small to the other chouchou bebes I always get a large in the drinks voucher.

In the website they say that the closing time is friday 5 pm or weekdays 6.30 pm. But I tried to access the place at 4 pm a couple of time and every time they said its closed because they are having a private party. Just be a little bit professional and put it in the website so that everyone knows your correct schedule.

We visit Chouchou Bebe Blacktown almost every week because our kids really enjoy the playground. However, we’ve consistently had an uncomfortable experience with one of the staff members who is usually there on weekdays.Unfortunately, she is often quite rude to us. She does not greet us when we arrive, does not smile, and at times makes us feel unwelcome by watching us closely. What makes it more upsetting is that we notice she is friendly and polite with other customers and children, but her attitude towards us is very different. We truly enjoy coming here because our kids love the place, but the way we are treated makes us feel uncomfortable. We hope that management can look into this and consider improving customer service during weekdays so all families can feel welcome.Thank you.

I been taking my kids to this place for more than a year, usually it’s reasonable place, Service from staff always been poor though. They feel very robotic and no basic manners.Anyways today I had worst service experience there.I went there at 3 pm and paid for 1 hour $41.(Receipt Uploaded) They gave 2 coupons ,The coupons has $5.5 value which can be used for the drinks,The cold drinks are $7 or above and I know I have to pay the difference $1.5.I started to order on a Touch Screen Machine and the lady on the job came and told me that you have to pay the difference $1.5 I said ok, I realised that machine can’t take multiple orders at the same time. I asked her do I have to pay the difference individually for all the drinks or I can pay $4.5 in one go.Rather than answering this simple question she started to make funny faces and got very weird and started to say you have to pay money, I told her that I am just asking in one transaction or multiple and she kept making those weird faces and said you have to pay money or use coupons for coffee because it’s under $5.50, I said to her do you speak English but she kept saying the same thing You have to pay the money. It proves few Things1. In a country where English is official Language these Guys don’t even have basics ( I am a migrant as well and it’s my Fourth language so I wasn’t speaking out of the ordinary)2. Money is everything for them and they have mindset that if anything has money involved other person doesn’t want to pay.She didn’t even use her commonsense that I already paid $41 why wouldn’t I pay anaother few dollars for drinks, it wasn’t lunch time otherwise we do lunch there as well whenever we go.It looks like if I want to go there next time INeed an interpreter with me or Cash in my both hands. What a joke
