Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Kids Bebe. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, party bookings, birthday packages, venue hire, catering services, and related services. By making a booking, paying a deposit, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms are based on the venue policies provided by Kids Bebe and should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Booking Policy.
1. Party Booking Agreement
Your booking is confirmed only after:
- A completed booking form has been received.
- The required booking deposit has been paid.
- Written confirmation has been issued by Kids Bebe.
Until these steps are completed, all enquiries and tentative bookings remain subject to availability.
2. Deposit & Final Payment
To secure your preferred party date:
- A non-refundable deposit is required.
- Tentative bookings may be cancelled if the deposit is not received within the specified timeframe.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 5 days before your party date.
- Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.
3. Refund, Cancellation & Booking Changes
Please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking.
Booking Cancellation
- All confirmed party bookings are non-refundable.
- Deposits cannot be refunded after confirmation.
- Confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled for a refund.
Booking Changes
- Date changes may be requested.
- Requests must be submitted at least 14 business days before the event.
- A $100 administration fee applies for approved date changes.
- Date changes remain subject to venue availability.
- Special circumstances may be considered at management’s discretion where supporting documentation is provided.
4. Guest Numbers & Final Confirmation
To ensure adequate preparation:
- Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 5 days before the event.
- Package guest numbers become final once confirmed.
- Guest numbers cannot be reduced after confirmation.
- If fewer guests attend than originally booked, refunds or credits will not be provided.
- Additional guest payments may be converted into café credit where applicable; however, no cash refund will be issued.
5. Food Orders
For catered parties:
- Food orders must be finalised at least 7 days before the event.
- Menu items remain subject to availability.
- No refunds are available for unused or reduced food orders on the event day.
6. BYO (Bring Your Own) Policy
Catered Parties
When Kids Bebe provides catering:
- Complimentary children’s meals are included according to your selected package.
- Disposable tableware is supplied.
- Post-party cleaning is included.
- The café remains open for drinks.
Self-Catered Parties
For self-catered events:
- Complimentary kids’ meals are not included.
- Food credits do not apply.
- The kitchen remains closed.
- The café remains available for beverage purchases.
- Basic post-party cleaning is provided.
- Customers must supply their own disposable plates, cups, napkins and cutlery.
- A $50 charge applies if disposable items are supplied by Kids Bebe.
Additional BYO Conditions
- You may bring your own birthday cake, sweets and party favours.
- Heating or food preparation facilities are not available.
- Please bring your own food warmers or ice boxes where required.
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted for standard group bookings unless otherwise approved.
7. Venue Rules
For everyone’s safety and enjoyment:
Shoe-Free Policy
Kids Bebe operates a shoe-free indoor playground.
- Shoes are not permitted inside the play areas.
- Bare feet are not permitted.
- All adults and children must wear socks.
Food & Drinks
- Food and drinks are prohibited inside the play equipment.
- A cleaning fee of $200 may apply if this policy is breached.
Damage
The booking organiser is responsible for any damage caused by guests to:
- Walls
- Play equipment
- Furniture
- Ceiling panels
- Decorations
- Venue property
Repair costs may be charged where applicable.
Excess Cleaning
Where excessive cleaning is required following an event, an additional cleaning fee of $300 may apply.
8. Photography & Marketing
By attending a party or event at Kids Bebe, you acknowledge that photographs or videos may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please notify our staff before your event.
9. CCTV & Venue Security
For the safety of guests and staff:
- CCTV cameras operate throughout the venue.
- Recorded footage may be used for security, incident investigation and legal purposes where required.
10. Personal Information
By making a booking, you consent to Kids Bebe collecting and using your personal information for:
- Booking administration
- Customer communication
- Payment processing
- Marketing communications (where permitted)
- Improving customer service

11. Pricing
- All prices include GST unless otherwise stated.
- Prices, party packages and menu items may change without prior notice.
- Government taxes, supplier costs and operational expenses may result in pricing updates.
- Prices applicable at the time of booking will be confirmed in writing.
12. Customer Responsibilities
The booking organiser agrees to:
- Supervise children attending the party.
- Ensure guests follow venue rules.
- Arrive on time for the allocated booking.
- Complete payment by the required due dates.
- Accept responsibility for any damages caused by their guests.
13. Non-Payment
Kids Bebe reserves the right to:
- Cancel bookings for unpaid balances.
- Recover outstanding debts where services have been provided.
- Take appropriate legal action where necessary.
14. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to provide a safe and enjoyable environment, Kids Bebe is not responsible for:
- Personal belongings lost, stolen or damaged.
- Injuries resulting from misuse of play equipment.
- Delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available under applicable Australian Consumer Law.
15. Changes to These Terms
Kids Bebe reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and will apply to future bookings.
