Refund Policy

At Kids Bebe, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. Please read our refund policy carefully before making your booking.
Medical Cancellation
If the birthday child is unable to attend due to a medical reason, we will provide a full refund upon receipt of a valid medical certificate.
The medical certificate must be provided as soon as possible for the refund to be processed.
Date Changes
If you need to reschedule your party, we are happy to change your booking at no additional charge, provided that:
- You notify us at least 2 weeks (14 days) before your scheduled party date.
- Your new requested date is subject to availability.
No Refunds
Except for cancellations supported by a valid medical certificate, all bookings are non-refundable.
This includes:
- Change of mind
- Personal scheduling conflicts
- Reduced guest numbers
- Failure to attend the party
- Cancellations made without a valid medical certificate
